摘要
犊牛隐孢子虫病是由隐孢子虫寄生在牛群肠道上皮细胞中引发的一种持续性腹泻为主要临床特征的原虫病,主要对犊牛造成的危害最为严重,临床上患病牛主要以持续性腹泻症状为特征,会对犊牛的生长构成严重威胁,使生长周期逐渐变长,严重脱水,犊牛的致死率高达16%~40%,尤其是对4~30 d的新生犊牛造成的危害最为严重。内蒙古呼伦贝尔市牛养殖业发展历史比较悠久,并且在当地的畜牧产业结构中发挥重要的作用。当前自治区不断加强基层地区的畜牧养殖产业结构的有效调整,积极引导养殖户发展规模化的养殖业,在高密度养殖模式下,外来传染病的传入风险显著增强。在牛诸多传染病中,隐孢子虫病是一种威胁较严重的传染病,由于该类疾病的临床特征与其他腹泻疾病十分相似,兽医在开展疾病诊治过程中,经常将其作为细菌性疾病和病毒性疾病进行诊治,导致最终的治疗方案缺乏针对性,不能在短时间内控制病情。该文通过对呼伦贝尔市牛养殖产业发展现状进行探讨的基础上,分析了犊牛隐孢子虫病的诊断与防治措施,希望通过研究对广大同行有所帮助。
Calf cryptosporidiosis is a protozoal disease with persistent diarrhea as the main clinical feature caused by Cryptosporidium parasites in the intestinal epithelial cells of cattle.It mainly causes the most serious harm to calves.It will lead to persistent diarrhea,poor growth and development,gradual weight loss,severe dehydration,and the fatality rate of calves is as high as 16%to 40%,especially for newborn calves aged 4 to 30 days.Hulunbuir,Inner Mongolia has a long history of cattle breeding,and cattle breeding plays a very important role in the local livestock breeding structure.At present,with the continuous development of the cattle breeding industry in the direction of intensive and large-scale development,under the background of increasing breeding density,various infectious diseases are also showing a trend of high prevalence.Cryptosporidiosis of calves is a serious infectious disease that threatens,because the clinical characteristics of this type of disease and other infectious diseases are very similar,veterinarians often treat them as bacterial diseases and viral diseases in the process of disease diagnosis and treatment,resulting in the lack of targeted treatment in the final treatment plan.Control the disease in a short period of time.Based on the discussion on the development status of cattle breeding industry in Hulunbuir,this research analyzes the diagnosis and prevention measures of cryptosporidiosis in calves,hoping to help the majority of colleagues through the research.
