摘要
为了改善蒸发冷却空调在实际应用中因循环水水质而产生的机组结垢、芯体腐蚀等问题,通过对开式直接蒸发冷却循环冷却水系统、开式间接蒸发冷却循环冷却水系统和闭式间接直接蒸发冷却循环冷却水系统等3种不同蒸发冷却空调机组的水质进行测试和分析,得到各机组结垢、腐蚀等变化趋势,并有针对性地给出水处理方法。测试发现,开式直接蒸发冷却循环冷却水系统的蒸发冷却空调机组已经出现结垢,同时伴有较少菌藻滋生,建议选择化学加药法或电化学水处理法进行水质处理;开式间接蒸发冷却开式循环冷却水系统的蒸发冷却空调机组有比较明显的结垢趋势,建议选择高频电磁场法、高压静电场法或两者分别联合化学加药法进行水质处理;而闭式间接-直接蒸发冷却循环冷却水系统的蒸发冷却空调机组结垢趋势最为明显,同时发生垢下腐蚀的可能性也较大,建议选择高频电磁场法联合化学加药法或高压静电场法联合化学加药法进行水质处理。
In order to improve the unit scaling and core corrosion caused by circulating water quality in the practical application of evaporative cooling air conditioning,water quality of three different evaporative cooling air conditioning units,including direct evaporative cooling open-cycle cooling water system,indirect evaporative cooling open-cycle cooling water system,and indirect-direct evaporative cooling closed-cycle cooling water system was tested and analyzed.The scaling and corrosion trends of each unit were obtained,and targeted water treatment methods were provided accordingly.It was found that the evaporative cooling air conditioning uniTSwith direct evaporative cooling open-cycle cooling water systems have already experienced scaling problems,accompanied by a relatively low occurrence of bacterial and algal growth.It is recommended to use chemical dosing or electrochemical water treatment methods for water quality treatment.The evaporative cooling air conditioning uniTSwith indirect evaporative cooling open-cycle cooling water systems have a clear scaling trend,and it is suggested to choose the high-frequency electromagnetic field method,high-voltage electrostatic field method,or a combination of both with chemical dosing method for water quality treatment.The evaporative cooling air conditioning uniTSwith indirect-direct evaporative cooling closed-cycle cooling water systems have the most obvious scaling trend and a high possibility of scaling under corrosion.It is recommended to use the high-frequency electromagnetic field method in combination with chemical dosing method or the high-voltage electrostatic field method in combination with chemical dosing method for water quality treatment.
