摘要
腰背肌筋膜炎是指发生于腰背部、腰骶部肌筋膜及其软组织的劳损性疾病,临床上又将之称为肌筋膜疼痛综合征、腰背肌纤维组织炎、腰背部软组织劳损等腰背肌筋膜炎是中医骨伤科的常见疾病。本病起病隐匿,病因复杂,病程漫长,病势缠绵,可严重影响患者的生活质量与工作效率,近些年来该病已引发医学界的普遍关注与深入研究。腰背肌筋膜炎主要症状为肌肉僵硬、无力、肌紧张或肌痉挛、病变部位可有麻木、沉重感,局部有压痛或向远处牵涉痛,病变区域可触及筋节点或条索样改变等。黄会保教授不仅对中医典籍颇有研究,而且时刻关注前沿的现代医学理论,擅长将中医理论与现代医学相结合诊治骨伤科疾病。文章通过介绍相关临床验案,总结黄会保教授基于张氏治筋体系治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床经验,为骨伤科医生治疗腰背肌筋膜炎提供思路与指导。
Lumbodorsal myofascitis refers to the strain disease that occurs in lumbar,myofascia of lumbosacral portion and its soft tissue,which is also known as myofascia pain syndrome,fibromyositis of lumbar,parenchyma strain of lumbar and so on.The disease has an insidious onset,complex etiology,long course and lingering disease,which can seriously affect the quality of life and work efficiency of patients,and has aroused widespread attention and in-depth research in the medical community in recent years.Lumbodorsal myofascitis is a common disease in TCM orthopedics and traumatology department.The main symptoms of lumbodorsal myofascitis are muscle rigidity,muscle weakness,muscle tension or muscle spasm.The lesion site may have numbness,heaviness,local tenderness or involved pain.The diseased area can touch the tendon nodes or cord-like changes and so on.Professor HUANG Huibao not only has a lot of research on TCM classics,but also pays close attention to the cutting-edge modern medical theory,and is good at combining TCM theory with modern medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic diseases.By introducing relevant clinical cases,Professor HUANG Huibao’s clinical experience in treating lumbodorsal myofascitis based on ZHANG’s resuming tendon manipulation system was summarized in this thesis,so as to provide more ideas and guidance for orthopedic surgeons in the treatment of lumbodorsal myofascitis.
