摘要
本文总结了全国名老中医周凌教授从脾肾论治针药并用治疗老年神经性耳鸣的经验。通过分析周教授对老年神经性耳鸣的病因病机认识,剖析经验方“耳鸣1号”组成、方义及功用结合针灸治疗选穴及手法,并附临床医案加以验证。周教授认为老年神经性耳鸣因其多虚多瘀,应从脾肾论治;治疗上以补脾益肾、活血通络为治法,针药并用,标本兼顾。采用内服汤药补脾益肾,外施针灸疏通经络,调理气血,针药并用,内外兼施,标本兼治,其经验值得临床学习推广,并附案例一则,以飨同道。
This paper summarizes the experience of Professor Zhou Ling,a famous old Chinese doctor,in treating senility neurological tinnitus from the perspective of spleen and kidney with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine combined.Through the analysis of Professor Zhou’s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of senility neurological tinnitus,the composition,prescription meaning,and function of the empirical formula“tinnitus No.1”are analyzed,combined with acupuncture treatment point selection and techniques,and the attached clinical case is verified.Professor Zhou believes that senility neurological tinnitus should be treated from the perspective of spleen and kidney because of its deficiency and blood stasis.The treatment is invigorating spleen for benefiting kidney,promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals,while acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine combined are applied together,giving consideration to both manifestation and root cause.The internal administration of decoction invigorating spleen for benefiting kidney,the external application of acupuncture and moxibustion for removing obstruction in collaterals,conditioning qi and blood,acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine combined,both internal and external treatment,giving consideration to both manifestation and root cause,its experience is worth clinical study and promotion,and with a case,to discuss with like-minded friends.
