压力管道环焊缝超声相控阵检测及CIAV仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用常规超声检测带有一定曲率的管道时存在检测效率低和信噪比低等问题,因此提出了超声相控阵检测方法。首先采用CIVA软件进行声束模拟,得出检测工艺参数。针对压力管道环焊缝中容易出现的缺陷,制作含根部裂纹、气孔、未熔合和夹渣4种缺陷的人工试块,通过超声相控阵检测手段对该试块进行检测,并采用射线检测方法对超声相控阵检测结果进行验证。实验结果表明:CIVA仿真软件能较好地指导检测工艺制定工作,射线检测结果对于某些缺陷定量存在一定偏差,超声相控阵检测结果更加接近缺陷设计尺寸,在一定程度上可以替代射线检测。 When using conventional ultrasound to detect pipelines with a certain curvature,there were drawbacks such as low detection efficiency and low signal-to-noise ratio.Therefore,an ultrasonic phased array detection method was proposed.Firstly,the acoustic beam simulation was conducted using CIVA software,and the detection process parameters were obtained.For the defects that were prone to occur in the circumferential welds of pressure pipelines,artificial test blocks containing root cracks,pores,lack of fusion,and slag inclusions were made separately.The test blocks were tested using ultrasonic phased array testing methods,and the results of ultrasonic phased array testing were verified using radiographic testing methods.The experimental results showed that CIVA simulation software could effectively guide the development of inspection processes,and there was a certain deviation in the quantification of some defects in radiographic testing.The ultrasonic phased array detection results were closer to the design size of defects,and could replace radiographic testing to a certain extent.
