摘要
为有效厘清犯罪组织的脉络和犯罪嫌疑人之间的复杂社会关系,构建犯罪嫌疑人社会关系知识图谱,使办案人员能全面把握案情线索和分析案情,更好地掌握犯罪嫌疑人的犯罪证据。首先,以《刑侦日记》中的人物和关系仿真犯罪嫌疑人社会关系数据,提出了犯罪嫌疑人社会关系知识图谱的构建方法;其次,构建犯罪嫌疑人社会关系模型和知识抽取,把知识抽取的结构化数据存储在图数据库Neo4j中;最后,利用Neo4j中的几种算法可视化分析犯罪嫌疑人的关系联系链路、社会关系网中影响力最强者和联系桥梁的关键人物等,有效挖掘隐藏的犯罪嫌疑人关系和线索,为公安工作中分析、挖掘和锁定犯罪嫌疑人提供决策支持。
To effectively clarify the context of criminal organizations and the complex social relations between criminal suspects,the knowledge graph of social relations of suspects was constructed,so that case investigators could comprehensively grasp the clues and analyze the case,and better hold the criminal evidence of suspects.Firstly,a construction method of the knowledge graph for criminal suspects social relations was proposed by simulating the data of criminal suspects social relations based on the characters and relations in Criminal Investigation Diary.Then the suspects social relationship model was constructed and knowledge was extracted,following by storing the extracted structured data in the graph database Neo4j.Finally,several algorithms in Neo4j were applied to visually analyze the relationship link of the suspects,the most influential person in the social network and the key person in the connection bridge,etc.,so as to effectively excavate the hidden relationship and clues of the suspects,which may provide decision support for the analysis,excavation and locking of the suspects in the public security work.
