摘要 通过研究材料力学性能及接角接合强度的热老化前后变化,分析了氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)/聚烃烯树脂共混型热塑性弹性体(TPE-S)弹性体接角材料热老化性能的影响因素。结果表明,共聚聚丙烯、环氧化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ESBS)及高黏度环烷油的加入,接合强度较高且耐热老化性能较好;此外,抗氧剂1010、168复配并叠加抗氧剂412S,热老化性能进一步提升。当配方中的聚丙烯选用K9026、SEBS中填充选用环烷油KN4016、SEBS质量分数为5%、防老化助剂体系选用抗氧剂1010和168复配并叠加抗氧剂412S时,热老化后材料拉伸强度及接合强度降低均在10%以内,即热老化性能较优。 In this paper,the changes of mechanical properties of materials and bonding strength of injection corner before and after thermal aging were studied,and the factors affecting the thermal aging properties of hydrostyrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer/polyhydrocarbon resin blend thermoplastic elastomer(TPE-S)injection corner materials were analyzed.The results show that the addition of copolymer polypropylene,epoxidized styrene-butadiene-styrene(ESBS)and high viscosity naphthenic oil has higher bonding strength and better heat aging performance;in addition,antioxidant 1010 and 168 combined with antioxidant 412S further improved the thermal aging performance.When the material was copolymerized polypropylene K9026 and SEBS was filled with naphthenic oil KN4016,the mass fraction of ESBS was 5%,the antioxidant system of antioxidant 1010 and 168 combined with antioxidant 412S was selected.After thermal aging,the tensile strength and bonding strength of the material were reduced within 10%,that is,the thermal aging performance was better.
