摘要
通过微氧解交联法制备了两种不同门尼黏度的的微氧再生胶,将其应用到工程轮胎胎侧胶中,探究了再生胶用量对胎侧胶性能的影响。结果表明,随微氧再生胶含量的增加,胶料的正硫化时间、转矩差值逐渐减小,Payne效应增加;硫化胶的拉伸强度、硬度及回弹性逐渐下降,而拉断伸长率及定伸应力基本不变。添加低门尼微氧再生胶的胶料拉伸强度、定伸应力耐老化性能较好,添加高门尼微氧再生胶的胶料回弹性与硬度较高,Payne效应低,炭黑分散性更好。
Two kinds of micro-oxygen reclaimed rubbers with different Mooney viscosity were prepared from waste tires by thermal oxygen decrosslinking method,which were applied to the OTR sidewall compounds.The effects of contents and types of micro-oxygen reclaimed rubber on the performance of OTR sidewall were investigated.The results show that with the increase of the content of micro-oxyget reclaimed rubbers,the optimum cure time and torque difference of the OTR compounds gradually decrease,the Payne effect increases,the tensile strength,hardness and resilience gradually decrease,and the elongation at break and constant elongation stress basically unchang.The compound with LRR reclaimed rubber has better tensile strength and fixed elongation stress aging resistance.The compound with HRR reclaimed rubber has higher resilience and hardness,lower Payne effect and better carbon black dispersion.
