摘要
文章总结分析了目前电厂使用的矿物涡轮机油过滤系统原理和存在的问题,通过滤膜材料选型的过滤试验确定了陶瓷膜材料滤芯能够满足过滤润滑油中颗粒污染物和水分污染物的要求,而且精度更高.在此基础上研究开发了一种新型电厂用矿物涡轮机油过滤系统,解决了传统滤油机设备过滤精度低、效率不高和更换滤芯产生污染的问题.
The principle and existing problems of the oil filter used in the power plant are analyzed.Through the filtration test of the filter membrane material selection,it is determined that the ceramic membrane material filter element can meet the requirements of filtering the particle size and moisture in the lubricating oil,and the precision is higher.On the basis of the above,a new type of mineral turbine oil filtering system for power plants has been developed,which solves the problems of low filtering accuracy and efficiency of traditional oil filter equipment and pollution caused by filter element replacement.
