基于FPGA的扭矩转角传感器仿真信号发生器

摘要 针对EPS控制器试验台设计中接入扭矩转角传感器存在成本高和微处理器无法输出多路同步SENT信号的问题,设计了基于FPGA的仿真信号发生器来模拟真实扭矩转角传感器输出的6路SENT信号。通过硬件电路设计实现模拟电压、PWM和RS232三种方式输入目标扭矩和转角信号。基于FPGA实现系统的信号采集和数据处理。利用FPGA并行架构设计了通用型SENT协议模块实现多路同步信号的输出,该模块支持节拍时间,帧总长度等多项参数配置。最后,采用逻辑分析仪对输出波形多次测量,验证了系统的精度满足设计要求。 Aiming at the high cost of connecting torque and angle sensor in the design of EPS controller test bench and the inability of the microprocessor to output multi-channel synchronous SENT signals,a simulation signal generator based on FPGA is designed to simulate the 6-channel SENT signal output by the real torque and angle sensor.Through hardware circuit design,the input of target torque and angle signals through the approaches of analog voltage,PWM and RS232 are realized.The signal acquisition and data processing of the system are realized based on FPGA.Using the FPGA parallel architecture,a general-purpose SENT protocol module is designed to realize the output of multi-channel synchronization signals.The module supports multiple parameter configurations such as tick time and frame length.Finally,logic analyzer is used to measure the output waveform,which verifies that the accuracy of the system meets the design requirements.
