我国辣椒产业发展现状及育种应对措施 被引量:22

Current situation of pepper industry development and breeding countermeasures in China

摘要 为全面把握全球竞争格局下中国辣椒产业的战略地位,实现辣椒育种技术创新,把握辣椒种业芯片地位,推动中国辣椒产业高质量发展,利用情报学和经济学中调研分析、文献计量和文本挖掘等研究方法,梳理了全球及中国辣椒产业发展现状,从科研论文、专利数据和产业主体等方面总结了全球及中国的辣椒育种进展和发展趋势,研判辣椒育种的研究热点。结果表明:全球辣椒生产规模和产量持续扩大,中国辣椒产量位居世界第一,出口贸易规模维持高位,消费需求逐渐多元化,辣椒产业在脱贫攻坚中发挥重要作用。针对目前中国辣椒育种存在的问题提出以下建议:1)瞄准市场需求,合理布局产业结构;2)突破育种关键技术,培育专业型辣椒品种;3)发展信息技术,加强大数据育种平台建设;4)注重标准化建设,增强品牌市场竞争力。以上建议为推进中国辣椒育种及产业高质量发展提供了强有力的信息支撑。 In order to comprehensively grasp the strategic position of China's pepper industry under the global competitive landscape,realize the technological innovation in pepper breeding,grasp the chip status of the pepper seed industry,and promote the high-quality development of China's pepper industry,the research methods such as research analysis,bibliometrics,and text mining in intelligence and economics are used to sort out the current development status of the global and China's pepper industry.In terms of scientific research papers,patent data,and industrial subjects,theprogress and development trend of pepper breeding in the world and China were summarized,and the research hotspots of pepper breeding were studied and judged.The results show that:The production scale and output of pepper in the world continue to expand;China's pepper production ranks first in the world.The scale of export trade remains high.The consumer demand is gradually diversified,and the pepper industry plays an important role in poverty alleviation.In view of the current problems in pepper breeding in China at present,the following suggestions are put forward:1)Targeting market demand and reasonable layout of industrial structure;2)Breaking through the key breeding technologies and cultivating professional chili varieties;3)Developing information technology and strengthening the construction of big data breeding platform;4)Focusing on standardization construction and enhancing brand market competitiveness.The above suggestions provide strong information support for promoting the high-quality development of pepper breeding and industry in China.
