摘要
为准确掌握环境污染情况,我国开展了第二次全国污染源普查工作。介绍了第二次全国污染源普查目的及基本概况;研究了此次普查工作是如何采用先进的信息化手段及信息设备,准确高效地获取、处理及分析普查数据,为进一步提升生态环境综合决策科学化、环境监管精准化、环境数据服务化等工作打下基础;并对利用信息化手段进行污染物治理提出了一些建议及对策。
In order to accurately grasp the environmental pollution situation,the second national pollution sources census was carried out.This article introduces the purpose and basic situation of the second national pollution sources survey;studied how the census work used advanced information technology and information equipment to accurately and efficiently acquire,process,and analyze census data,laying a foundation for further improving the scientific decision-making of ecological environment,the accuracy of environmental supervision,and the service of environmental data;some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for pollutant management by means of information technology.
