摘要
目的评价口服药品自动核对机在汕头市中心医院的应用效果。方法分析2022年1—6月期间本院住院药房药品自动核对机产生的45485例报警,统计各报警例数和差错类型、假报警中药品的类型;对比分析人工核对和机器核对的速率。结果2022年上半年核对机提示假报警44680例,真报警805例,报警率分别为8.84%和0.16%,差错类型主要是碎药和少药。核对机核对整片的识别率比非整片高,达到96.5%。在核对复杂药品时,与人工核对速率相比,机器核对速率提高了72.8%。结论口服药品自动核对机准确性高、核对速度快,能有效提高临床单剂量分包药品的安全性,减轻药师调剂负担。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of oral drug automatic check machine in our hospital.Meth⁃ods Analyzed the 45485 alarms generated by the drug automatic verification machine in the inpatient pharmacy of Shantou Central Hospital from January to June 2022,and calculated the number of alarm cases and error types,as well as the types of drugs in false alarms;compared and analyzed the speed of manual verification and machine verification.Results In the first half of 2022,the checking machine prompted 44680 false alarms and 805 true alarms,the alarm rates were 8.84%and 0.16%,respectively,and the error types were mainly broken medicine and less medicine.The recognition rate of the verification machine for the whole piece was higher than that of the non whole piece,reaching 96.5%.When verifying complex drugs,the machine verification rate has increased by 72.8%compared to manual verification.Conclusion The automatic oral drug checking machine was high accuracy and fast checking speed,which can effectively improve the safety of clinical single-dose subpackaged drugs and reduce the burden of pharmacists on dispensing.
