装配式中空夹层钢管混凝土构件节点有限元模拟研究

摘要 为研究基坑内支撑应用中空夹层钢管混凝土构件下的节点连接方法,设计了一种新型的节点结构形式。本文利用有限元软件建立节点的力学模型,并对其施加实际工程所受荷载,最后进行数值分析,以探究在实际工程应用下节点构件以及各部件的承载能力与变形幅度。结果表明:对节点施加中空夹层钢管混凝土构件极限承载力的情况下,变形最大位置为侧向钢板处,其变形数值达到容许值的86%;应力最大位置为中部钢板处,达到钢材屈服应力的90%,证明节点可以满足承载力的需求并晚于构件破坏。此种节点设计的研究成果可为中空夹层钢管混凝土构件在基坑内支撑中应用提供参考。 A new nodal structure form is designed to study the nodal connection method under the application of hollow sandwich steel pipe concrete members for support in the foundation pit.This paper uses finite element software to establish the mechanical model of the node,and applies the actual engineering load to it,and finally conducts numerical analysis to investigate the bearing capacity and deformation magnitude of the node members and components under the actual engineering application.The results show that the maximum deformation is at the lateral steel plate,which reaches 86%of the allowable value,and the maximum stress is at the middle steel plate,which reaches 90%of the yield stress of steel.The research results of this node design can provide reference for the application of hollow sandwich steel pipe concrete members in the foundation pit support.
