摘要
目的探讨多功能配药器在骨科配药中的应用效果。方法根据配药方式将2022年1—7月解放军联勤保障部队第九一〇医院骨科的630剂次配药分为对照组(采用传统配药方式,315剂次)和观察组(采用多功能配药器,315剂次),比较两组配药操作效果(包括药品破损、药品损耗、流程混乱、浓度有误发生率)、配药效率、护理人员满意度、配药耗费时间。结果观察组药品破损、药品损耗发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组流程混乱、浓度有误发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组配药效率、护理人员满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组配药耗费时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多功能配药器可有效降低药品破损、药品损耗发生率,提高配药效率、护理人员满意度,并可缩短配药耗费时间。
Objective The application effect of multifunctional dispenser in orthopedic dispensing was explored.Methods From January to July 2022,in the orthopedic department of the 910th Hospital of PLA Joint Logistic Support Force,the 630 dose dispensing process was divided into the control group(using traditional dispensing methods with 315 doses)and the observation group(using a multifunctional dispenser with 315 doses),based on the dispensing method.The effectiveness of dispensing operations(including drug damage,drug loss,process confusion,and the incidence of concentration errors),dispensing efficiency,nursing staff satisfaction,and dispensing time between the two groups were compared.Results The incidences of drug damage and drug loss in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);There were no statistically significant differences in the incidences of process confusion and concentration errors between the two groups(P>0.05);The dispensing efficiency and nursing staff satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The dispensing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multifunctional dispenser can effectively reduce the incidence of drug damage and loss,improve dispensing efficiency and satisfaction of nursing staff,and shorten dispensing time.
