摘要
新工科专业评估培养目标对工科毕业设计教学环节提出了新的要求。传统的、较为松散的土木工程毕业设计教学组织模式不能很好地应对学情差异、设计进度拖滞、设计深度不足等问题。研究团建式学习小组教学组织模式,构建联动互教互学的组织结构,可提升和转换指导教师及组长的管理与指导核心作用,强化小组自我管理功能。一方面,团建式学习教学组织法可以提高指导效率,锻炼学生的综合能力;另一方面,团建式学习教学组织模式一定程度上仿真职场组织结构,有利于学生毕业后顺利转换就业角色,建立良好的团队协作关系。
The evaluation and training objectives of new engineering courses and majors pose new challenges to the teaching of engineering graduation design.The traditional loose teaching organization mode of civil engineering graduation design can not well deal with the problems of students’learning differences,delayed design progress,insufficient design depth and so on.This paper puts forward the group teaching organization mode of Team Building Learning,constructs the organizational structure of interactive teaching and learning,improves and transforms the core role of management and guidance of instructors and team leaders,and strengthens the selfmanagement function of groups.The teaching organization method of Team Building Learning can improve the guidance efficiency and exercise students’comprehensive ability.On the other hand,the teaching organization mode of Team Building Learning simulates the organizational structure of the workplace to a certain extent,which is conducive to the successful completion of the employment role transformation of students after graduation and the establishment of good teamwork.
