摘要
重型汽车在实际行驶过程中,随着油温上升,时而会出现掉挡的现象,变速器不能稳定地工作。本文主要研究了铸铁和铝合金两种材质的副箱气缸,通过试验与理论分析,认为铝合金材料的副箱气缸能更好地适应实际行驶工况。
In the actual driving process of heavy-duty vehicles,with the rise of oil temperature,sometimes there will be a phenomenon of out of gear,and the transmission cannot work stably.The auxiliary cylinder made of cast iron and aluminum alloy is studied in the paper.Through experiment and theoretical analysis,it is concluded that the auxiliary cylinder made of aluminum alloy can better adapt to the actual driving conditions.
