建筑电气设计中的火灾隐患与解决对策——以海口市秀英区新海港某项目为例

摘要 在建筑电气设计中,受到设计、设备、环境、材料等因素的影响,极易埋下火灾隐患,严重威胁人员的生命和财产安全。因此,必须提高建筑电气设计的科学安全性与可靠性,最大程度降低建筑电气各系统及其相关配套设施诱发的火灾事故,从而创造安全的活动及工作环境,发挥建筑功能和使用效益。基于此,文章探讨了建筑电气设计中的火灾隐患及相应解决对策,并结合某项目分析了火灾自动报警及消防联动系统的设计思路,仅供参考和借鉴。 In building electrical design,factors such as design,equipment,environment,and materials can easily lead to fire hazards,posing a serious threat to the safety of personnel and property.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the sci-entific safety and reliability of building electrical design,minimize fire accidents caused by various electrical systems and related supporting facilities,create a safe activity and working environment,and leverage building functions and usage benefits.Based on this,the fire hazards and corresponding solutions in building electrical design were discussed,and the design concept of automatic fire alarm and fire linkage system was analyzed in conjunction with a certain project,for refer-ence and reference only.
