摘要
本文分析了焦炉煤气制液化天然气(LNG)装置冷量损失以及产生甲烷蒸汽(BOG)量较大的原因,以降低冷量损失和节约能耗为目的,对LNG生产装置绝热保温和BOG冷量回收的措施进行了探索实践,并结合技术改造情况对相关技术改造措施进行了安全性分析和经济性分析,希望能为相关生产技术人员提供参考借鉴。
The paper analyzes the causes of cooling loss and large amount of methane boil off gas(BOG)is produced in coke oven gas to liquefied natural gas(LNG)unit.In order to reduce cooling loss and save energy consumption,the measures of thermal insulation and BOG cooling recovery of LNG plant were explored and practiced,and the safety and economic analysis of related technical transformation measures were carried out in combination with the technical transformation situation,hoping to provide reference for the relevant production and technical personnel.
