摘要
目的探究并分析内镜黏膜切除术(endoscopic mucosal resection,EMR)治疗结肠息肉的护理配合效果。方法选EMR治疗结肠息肉患者120例为研究样本(收治时间:2021年6至2022年6月),按患者入院顺序分组,分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组患者接受常规护理措施,观察组患者接受临床护理配合措施。比对两组护理效果、心理弹性、并发症、生活质量及护理满意度。结果观察组护理总有效率比对照组高;观察组CD-RISC各维度评分比对照组高;观察组并发症发生率比对照组低;观察组AOLBREF各评价因子评分比对照组高;观察组护理满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论相比常规护理措施,对接受EMR治疗结肠息肉患者行临床护理配合措施,效果好,能提高手术效果,减少并发症,对患者心理弹性、生活质量、护理满意度等方面的改善效果优良。
Objective To explore and analyze the nursing cooperation effect of endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)in the treatment of colon polyps.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with colonic polyps treated by EMR were selected as study samples(admission time:2021.6 to 2022.6).They were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 60 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing measures,while patients in the observation group received clinical nursing cooperation measures.Compare the nursing effect,psychological flexibility,complications,quality of life and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;The scores of CD-RISC dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;The scores of AOLBREF evaluation factors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing measures,clinical nursing cooperation measures for patients with colon polyps treated by EMR have good effects,can improve the operation effect,reduce complications,and improve the patients'psychological flexibility,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and other aspects.
