摘要
灼口综合征是以舌及口腔黏膜疼痛、烧灼感或其他感觉异常为特征的一种综合征,常不伴有明显的临床损害特征,并无特征性的组织病理变化,属于中医“舌痛”范畴。王光安副教授运用“脾胃归元针法”,针刺双侧丘墟,左侧阴陵泉、地机、漏谷,右侧足三里、上巨虚、下巨虚治疗灼口综合征取得较好的效果。此文介绍该针法治疗灼口综合征验案1则,以飨同道。
Burning mouth syndrome(BMS)is a syndrome characterized by tongue and oral mucosal pain,burning sensation or other paresthesias,often without obvious clinical damage and without characteristic histopathological changes.It belongs to the category of“tongue pain disease”in traditional Chinese medicine.Associate Professor Wang Guangan used the“spleen and stomach returning acupuncture method”to acupuncture both Qiuxu(GB40),Yinlingquan(SP9),Diji(SP8),and Liaogu(SP7)on the left,Zusanli(ST36),Shangjuxu(ST37),and Xiajuxu(ST39)on the right to treat BMS.This article introduced a case study of this acupuncture in the treatment of BMS.
