基于ABAQUS接触算法的起落架与机身连接接头强度分析 被引量:1

摘要 在飞机强度分析中,通过对结构进行合理简化,采用线性计算得到主要传力部件的应力分布。而对于接头等连接结构通常简化为梁单元或刚性单元模拟连接及传载,此模拟方式只能得到接头传载,不能准确计算接头应力应变。基于ABAQUS软件建立起落架与机身连接接头的弹塑性有限元分析模型,运用接触算法进行非线性耦合分析,可以真实模拟接头连接刚度,得出接头部位应力分布情况,并与静力试验及全机计算结果对比,验证接触算法对于接头结构强度分析的准确性。 In aircraft strength analysis,the stress distribution of the main load-bearing components is obtained by simplifying the structure reasonably and using linear calculations.However,for connection structures such as joints,they are usually simplified as beam elements or rigid elements to simulate connection and load transfer.This simulation method can only obtain load transfer of the joint,but cannot accurately calculate the stress and strain of the joint.In this paper,an elastic-plastic finite element analysis model of the landing gear and fuselage connection joint is established based on the ABAQUS software.The contact algorithm is used for nonlinear coupling analysis,which can simulate the stiffness of the joint connection and obtain the stress distribution of the joint.The accuracy of the contact algorithm for strength analysis of joint structures is verified by comparing with static tests and full aircraft calculations.
