摘要
基础不牢,地动山摇,乡村治理是全面乡村振兴的前提和保障,是“定盘星”“助推器”和“压舱石”,该文以鄢陵县张桥镇和寨村乡村治理为例,从中可以得到启示。乡村治理必须以民为本,党建引领,因地制宜,守正创新。
The foundation is not solid,the earth is shaking,and rural governance is the premise and guarantee of all-round rural revitalization,and it is the"fixed star","booster"and"ballast stone".This paper takes the rural governance of Hezhai Village,Zhangqiao Town in Yiling County as an example,from which we can get inspiration.Rural governance must be people-oriented,party building lead,adjust measures to local conditions,keep correct innovation.
