摘要
涂装质量是影响设备防腐性能的关键因素,而影响设备涂装质量的因素非常多,包括材料、工艺、环境、设备、人员素质和管理等各个方面。本文从石油钻机监理过程中遇到的涂装质量问题出发,逐步分析问题产生的直接原因,针对各种原因提出针对性的解决办法,并从监理服务角度深入分析问题产生的根本原因,从质量管理角度提出为防止类似问题再发生应采取的改进意见,可为未来设备的涂装监理提供借鉴和参考。
The painting quality is a key factor affecting the anti-corrosion performance of equipment,and there are many factors that affect the painting quality of equipment,including materials,processes,environment,equipment,personnel quality,and management.Starting from the painting quality problems encountered in the supervision of oil rig,this paper gradually analyzes the direct causes of the problems,proposes pertinence solutions for various causes,and deeply analyzes the basic reason of the problems from the perspective of supervision services.From the perspective of quality management,it puts forward suggestions for improvement to prevent similar problems from reoccurring,which can provide reference for future equipment painting supervision.
