摘要
甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)主要指甲状腺组织异常增生,进而代谢功能亢进,产生以及分泌甲状腺激素水平升高,而引起的一组临床综合征。现代医学研究认为该病属于器官特异性自身免疫性疾病,临床中多表现出患者出现高代谢症群,弥漫性甲状腺肿,眼征,皮损及甲状腺肢端病等。针对甲亢的治疗,目前主要采用内科药物治疗、磺131放射治疗及手术治疗,各种治疗方案均存在较多的不良反应及预后差等诸多不足。中医治疗甲亢具有较好的优势,中医根据甲亢的临床表现归属于“瘿病”范畴,认为甲亢的发病与过度劳累、体质因素、饮食水土失宜、情志失调等因素关系密切,临床治疗当审因辨治。一般根据临床症状采用辨证施治、专方专人治疗及中西医结合等综合治疗方法,能够起到精准治疗的作用,治疗优势明显。现将近10年中医药治疗甲状腺的研究状况进行汇总,为临床中医药治疗甲亢提供依据。
Hyperthyroidism mainly refers to a group of clinical syndromes caused by abnormal hyperplasia of thyroid tissue,resulting in hypermetabolism and increased production and secretion of thyroid hormones.Modern medical research believes that the disease is an organ-specific autoimmune disease.Clinically,patients often show hypermetabolic syndrome,diffuse goiter,ocular signs,skin lesions and thyroid acropathies.For the treatment of hyperthyroidism,medical drugs,I131 radiation therapy and surgery are mainly used at present.Various treatment options have many disadvantages such as many adverse reactions and poor prognosis.Traditional Chinese medicine has good advantages in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Traditional Chinese medicine belongs to the category of"gall disease"according to the clinical manifestations of hyperthyroidism.It is believed that the onset of hyperthyroidism is closely related to factors such as overwork,physical factors,unsuitable diet and soil,emotional disorders and other factors,and clinical treatment should be reviewed.Due to differentiation.Generally,according to the clinical symptoms of patients,comprehensive treatment methods such as syndrome differentiation,special prescription and special person treatment,and integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine can be used,which can play a role in precise treatment and have obvious therapeutic advantages.The research status of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of thyroid in nearly 10 years is summarized to provide a basis for clinical traditional Chinese medicine treatment of hyperthyroidism.
