摘要
丁二酮肟重量法具有诸多应用优势,可用于测定PdSO_(4)溶液的钯含量。本文通过开展试验,确定丁二酮肟重量法测定PdSO_(4)溶液中钯含量的最佳条件。试验结果表明,反应温度为60℃,静置时间为2 h,盐酸加入量为25 mL,丁二酮肟(浓度1%)加入量为50 mL时,丁二酮肟沉钯效果较好。滤液用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定钯含量进行补差,分析结果准确可靠,精密度高,该方法能够满足PdSO_(4)溶液中钯含量的分析要求。
The dimethylglyoxime gravimetric method has many application advantages,which can be used to determine the palladium content in PdSO_(4) solution.This paper determines the optimal conditions for the determination of palladium content in PdSO_(4) solution using the dimethylglyoxime gravimetric method through conducting experiments.The experimental results show that when the reaction temperature is 60℃,the standing time is 2 hours,the amount of hydrochloric acid added is 25 mL,and the amount of dimethylglyoxime(concentration 1%)added is 50 mL,the palladium precipitation effect of dimethylglyoxime is good.The content of palladium in the filtrate is determined by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)to make up the difference,the analysis results are accurate,reliable,and have high precision,this method can meet the analysis requirements for palladium content in PdSO_(4) solution.
