摘要
针对水平圆盘式排种器在充种效果不佳的问题,设计一种定扰动辅助充种大豆排种器,该排种器在充种区能够借助扰动环对种子群进行扰动,提高充种性能,起到辅助充种作用。分析排种器的工作区域,计算排种器的关键参数,并对扰种环上的扰动片不同角度对种子的扰动过程进行分析。运用EDEM软件仿真分析在排种器不同转速、扰种片不同角度对排种器充种性能,确定最佳工作参数:排种器转速为40 r/min、扰种片角度为-45°;通过台架试验对最佳参数组合进行验证,得到排种合格率为96.82%、重播率为2.05%和漏播率为1.13%。台架试验与仿真试验之间的排种合格率最大差异为1.5%,各项指标均能满足大豆播种的要求。
To address the problem of poor filling effect in horizontal disc seeders,a fixed disturbance auxiliary seed filling soybean seed metering device was designed.The seed metering device can disturb the seed group using the disturbance ring in the seed filling area,thereby improving the seed filling performance and serving as an auxiliary aid in seed filling.The working area of the seed meter was analyzed,the key parameters of the seed meter were calculated,and the disturbance process of the seeds at different angles of the disturbance sheet on the seed disturbance ring was analyzed.The EDEM software was used to simulate and analyze the seed-filling performance of the seed-metering device at different speeds of the seed-metering device and different angles of the disturbance sheet.The optimal working parameters were determined:a rotation speed of 40 r/min for the seeder and an angle of-45°for the disturbance sheet.The best combination of parameters was verified through bench testing,yielding a pass rate of seed row of 96.82%,a replay rate of 2.05%,and a missed sowing rate of 1.13%.The maximum difference between bench test and simulation test was 1.5%,and all indicators met the requirements of soybean sowing.
