摘要
目的探讨糖尿病足溃疡患者恐惧疾病进展现状并分析其影响因素。方法纳入2020年1月至2022年6月在滕州市中医医院外科就诊的318例糖尿病足溃疡患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、汉化恐惧疾病进展量表进行调查,采用多因素Logistic回归分析其恐惧疾病进展的影响因素。结果汉化恐惧疾病进展量表应用于糖尿病足溃疡患者的信效度较好。糖尿病足溃疡患者恐惧疾病进展平均得分为(35.61±5.57)分,多因素Logistic回归分析结果表明,糖尿病足溃疡病程、Wagner分级、自理能力、文化程度、家庭月收入、医保类别是糖尿病足溃疡患者恐惧疾病进展的影响因素。结论本研究纳入的糖尿病足溃疡患者恐惧疾病进展水平偏高,较长的糖尿病足溃疡病程和较好的医疗保障是糖尿病足溃疡患者恐惧疾病进展的保护因素;较高的Wagner分级、较差的自理能力、较低的文化程度家庭月收入是糖尿病足溃疡患者恐惧疾病进展的危险因素。
Objective To investigate the current status of fear of progression(FoP)in patients with diabetic foot ulcer(DFU)and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods Three hundred and eighteen patients with DFU who were admitted in the Department of Surgery,Tengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were included in the study.The general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of the fear of progression questionnaire(FoP-Q)scale were used for the survey.The influencing factors for FoP were analyzed by multiple logistic regression.Results The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of FoP-Q scalein patients with DFU were good,with the mean scores of(35.61±5.57)points.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the DFUduration,Wagner's classification,self-care ability,education level,average monthly household income,and medical insurance type were the influencing factors for FoP in DFU patients.Conclusion DFU patients included in this study had a high level FoP.Longer duration of DFU and better medical insuranceare protective factors for these patients,while higher Wagner classification,worse self-care ability,lower education level and average monthly household income are risk factors.
