摘要
目的探究外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)采用氟康唑联合制霉素阴道栓治疗的临床疗效。方法71例VVC患者,随机分为对照组(35例)和观察组(36例)。对照组采用制霉素阴道栓治疗,观察组采用氟康唑联合制霉素阴道栓治疗。对比两组治疗效果、症状(外阴瘙痒、外阴灼痛、白带异常、外阴红肿)消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.44%高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组外阴瘙痒、外阴灼痛、白带异常、外阴红肿消失时间分别为(4.71±1.02)、(3.65±0.92)、(5.69±1.08)、(3.88±0.95)d,均短于对照组的(6.58±1.25)、(5.33±1.14)、(7.41±1.32)、(5.62±1.04)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为11.11%(4/36),与对照组的8.57%(3/35)对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论制霉素阴道栓联合氟康唑片治疗VVC患者效果显著,可加快阴道局部症状好转,提高VVC整体治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fluconazole combined with nysfungin vaginal suppositories in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC).Methods A total of 71 patients with VVC were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(36 cases).The control group was treated with nysfungin vaginal suppositories,and the observation group was treated with fluconazole and nysfungin vaginal suppositories.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,symptom(vulvar itching,vulvar burning/pain,abnormal leucorrhea,vulvar swelling)disappearance time,and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of 94.44%in the observation group was higher than that of 77.14%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of vulvar itching,vulvar burning/pain,abnormal leucorrhea,vulvar swelling were(4.71±1.02),(3.65±0.92),(5.69±1.08),(3.88±0.95)d in the observation group,which were shorter than those of(6.58±1.25),(5.33±1.14),(7.41±1.32),(5.62±1.04)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 11.11%(4/36)in the observation group,which was not statistically significant compared with 8.57%(3/35)in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Nysfungin vaginal suppositories combined with fluconazole has significant effect on VVC patients,which can accelerate the improvement of local vaginal symptoms and improve the overall therapeutic effect of VVC.
