摘要
目的探讨重症监护室脓毒症患者采用血必净注射液治疗的效果。方法65例重症监护室脓毒症患者,以随机数字表法分为参照组(32例)及研究组(33例)。参照组实施氯化钠注射液治疗,研究组在参照组基础上施以血必净注射液治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、血肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平及急性和慢性健康状况评分系统Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分。结果治疗后,研究组患者CK-MB、cTnI水平分别为(23.63±4.39)IU/L、(1.07±0.33)μg/L,均低于参照组的(26.76±5.26)IU/L、(1.25±0.39)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者IL-6、PCT、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平分别为(5.31±0.73)pg/ml、(1.21±0.32)ng/ml、(18.59±2.85)mg/L、(5.59±0.85)pg/ml,均低于参照组的(7.92±0.89)pg/ml、(1.43±0.43)ng/ml、(28.05±4.23)mg/L、(8.89±0.25)pg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者APACHEⅡ评分(9.49±2.86)分低于参照组的(11.91±3.33)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对重症监护室脓毒症患者应用血必净注射液治疗,可有效改善CK-MB、cTnI、IL-6、PCT、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平,从而对患者的心肌功能实施保护,减轻机体炎症应激反应,对其病情改善发挥明显促进作用。
Objective To discuss the effect of Xuebijing injection in treating patients with sepsis in intensive care unit.Methods A total of 65 patients with sepsis in intensive care unit were divided into reference group(32 cases)and research group(33 cases)according to the random numerical table.The reference group was treated with sodium chloride injection,and the research group was treated with Xuebijing injection on the basis of the reference group.Both groups were compared in terms of levels of creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),troponin I(cTnI),interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and Acute Physiology and Chronic Health EvaluationⅡ(APACHEⅡ)score before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the CK-MB and cTnI levels were(23.63±4.39)IU/L and(1.07±0.33)μg/L in the research group,which were lower than those of(26.76±5.26)IU/L and(1.25±0.39)μg/L in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,PCT,hs-CRP and TNF-αwere(5.31±0.73)pg/ml,(1.21±0.32)ng/ml,(18.59±2.85)mg/L and(5.59±0.85)pg/ml in the research group,which were lower than those of(7.92±0.89)pg/ml,(1.43±0.43)ng/ml,(28.05±4.23)mg/L and(8.89±0.25)pg/ml in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the APACHEⅡscore of(9.49±2.86)points in the research group was lower than that of(11.91±3.33)points in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing injection is effective in treating patients with sepsis in intensive care unit,which can effectively improve the levels of CK-MB,cTnI,IL-6,PCT,hs-CRP and TNF-αin patients with sepsis,thus protecting the myocardial function of patients,reducing the inflammatory stress reaction of the body,and playing a significant role in promoting the improvement of their condition.
