铒激光备洞后不同流动树脂的充填效果分析

摘要 目的分析铒激光备洞后不同流动树脂的充填效果。方法临床实验:选取早期窝沟龋90颗,进行3种流动树脂充填,在3个时间点记录修复体和患牙情况。体外实验:选择离体前磨牙60颗,随机分3组,均进行铒激光备洞后充填,A组constic充填,B组3M^(TM) ESPE^(TM) Filtek^(TM) Z350 XT纳米流动树脂充填,C组松风Beautifil Flow PlusF03加强型流动聚合体,然后均进行冷热循环试验500次以及亚甲基蓝染色24 h,通过体式显微镜观察各组的微渗漏情况和测量充填体与牙体组织间缝隙宽度,并进行数据统计分析。结果充填后在1、3、6个月时点记录,结果显示:修复体破损、边缘密合性方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。微渗漏实验结果显示:B组与C组,A组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。牙体组织间缝隙宽度结果测量显示:A组与B、C组相比,充填体与牙体组织间缝隙宽度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组和C组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05))。结论constic充填组用时最短;微渗漏最大且修复体与牙体间缝隙最宽的是A组。 Objective To investigate the filling effects of different flow resins after erbium laser hole preparation.Methods Clinical experiment:ninety early cavity and fissure caries were filled with three kinds of flow resins,and the conditions of the restorations and affected teeth were recorded at three time points.In vitro experiments:a total of 60 incised premolals were selected and randomly divided into three groups:group A(constic filling),group B(3M ESPE Filtek Z350XT nanoflow resin filling)and Group C(Beautifil Flow Plus F03 enhanced Flow polymer filling).Then,500 cycles of hot and cold tests were performed and methylene blue staining was performed for 24h.Microleakage was observed through body type microscope and the gap width between the filling body and the dental tissue was measured,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results The results were observed at 1m,3m and 6m after filling,which showed that there were no significant differences in restoration damage and edge cohesion among the three groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in microleakage experiment results among the three groups(P<0.05).The measurement results of gap width between dental tissue showed that there was significant difference in the gap width between filling body and dental tissue between group A and group B,group C(P<0.05),however,there was no significant difference between group B and group C(P>0.05).Conclusion The constic filling has the shortest time,which has the largest microleakage and the widest gap between the prosthesis and the tooth.
