摘要
对于矿井通风系统来讲,通风的风阻、网络复杂程度、风量以及局部阻力等均能够对其阻力产生影响,通过这些措施能够有效降低通风阻力。以实际煤矿为例,通过通风阻力及巷道长度测定,分析其通风阻力产生的主要原因,减少回风段通风长度、降低巷道局部通风阻力、增加巷道的有效通风面积能够有效工作面通风线路的通风阻力,降低投入成本,实现节能高效运转的目的。
For mine ventilation system,ventilation wind resistance,network complexity,air volume and local resistance can affect its resis-tance,and these measures can effectively reduce ventilation resistance.Taking the actual coal mine as an example,through the measurement of venti-lation resistance and roadway length,the main causes of ventilation resistance are analyzed.Reducing the ventilation length of the return air section,reducing the local ventilation resistance of the roadway and increasing the effective ventilation area of the roadway can effectively reduce the venti-lation resistance of the ventilation line in the working face,reduce the input cost and achieve the purpose of energy-saving and efficient operation.
