摘要
垃圾填埋场老龄渗滤液具有高氨氮、低碳氮比的特点,在预处理过程中脱除部分氨氮,能有效减少后续处理碳源的使用。本文介绍了氨吹脱预处理工艺处理高氨氮废水的内在机理,并结合实际工程分析了氨脱出效果,结果表明经氨吹脱后,渗滤液中氨氮去除率75%以上,脱除的氨作为碳酸氢铵回收,回收率80%,产品纯度98%,是优质的无机氮肥;氨吹脱项目投产后单线运行可使吨水处理成本降低25%,满负荷运行可使吨水处理成本降低50%。此外,也结合运营过程,分析氨吹脱技术在渗沥液处理工艺中存在的问题,并给出了相应的优化建议。
The mature landfill leachate has the characteristics of high ammonia nitrogen and low carbon nitrogen ratio.During the pre-treatment process,part of the ammonia nitrogen is removed,which can effectively reduce the addition of carbon sources for subsequent treatment.This article introduced the internal mechanism of ammonia stripping pretreatment process for treating high ammonia nitrogen wastewater,and analyzed the ammonia stripping effect in combination with practical projects.The results showed that after ammonia stripping,ammonia nitrogen removal rate was above 75%,and ammonia was subsequently recovered as ammonium bicarbonate,with a recovery rate of 80%and a purity of 98%.Then which ammonium bicarbonate could be used as high-quality inorganic nitrogen fertilizer.After the ammonia stripping project was conducted,the treatment cost of per ton leachate could reduce by 25%and 50%with single line operation and full load operation,respectively.What’s more,the study demonstrated the operational effectiveness and problems of ammonia stripping technology in leachate treatment process.Finally,corresponding optimization suggestions were given.
