摘要
萌蘖起源于腋芽、潜伏芽及不定芽,在树木应对衰老及外界干扰中发挥重要作用。本文对萌蘖的分类和起源,影响萌蘖发生的内在因子如激素、糖信号、树龄等,以及外部环境因子包括光、树木的损伤程度等进行了综述。此外,本文重点阐述了近年来取得的在调控树木萌蘖形成的关键基因鉴定和分子调控机制方面的研究进展,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望,以期为树木发育研究提供参考。
Resprouting is originated from axillary buds,epicormic buds and adventitious buds,and plays an important role in coping with aging and external disturbance in trees.In this review,we explain the classification and origin of resprouting,the internal factors affecting resprouting such as hormone,sugar signal and tree age,as well as the external environmental factors such as light and damage degree of trees.In addition,we focused on the recent advances in the identification of key genes and the molecular regulatory mechanisms that regulate resprouting formation in trees,and suggest the future research directions.This review provides references for further research on tree development.
