摘要
褪黑素作为良好的抗氧化剂,具有抵御非生物胁迫的作用。为探索普陀狗娃花对干旱条件的适应性及褪黑素对干旱条件下普陀狗娃花的缓解作用,本文采用自然干旱的方法,研究叶面喷施褪黑素对普陀狗娃花干旱条件下生长、光合参数和生理生化的影响。结果显示,随着干旱时间的延长,T1和T2处理的普陀狗娃花的最长枝增量与叶片含水量不断降低,生长势下降。复水后,叶片含水量相比于干旱处理18 d时显著上升,但仍显著低于对照组(CK);干旱处理18 d后,叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量分别为CK的34.95%和36.05%;褪黑素喷施普陀狗娃花(T2)的净光合速率(Pn)在干旱胁迫9、12和18 d时均显著高于自然干旱(T1)组。T1和T2组的相对电导率、丙二醛含量、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶和抗坏血酸酶活性显著高于CK组,在干旱胁迫18 d时升至最高;复水后下降,但仍显著高于CK组。结果表明,普陀狗娃花在干旱胁迫初期(3 d)正常生长,而随着干旱胁迫时间的增加,生长缓慢,长势逐渐降低;叶片喷施褪黑素可以有效增强干旱胁迫下普陀狗娃花幼苗的保水能力及逆境恢复能力。
Melatonin,as an antioxidant,has the ability to resist abiotic stresse.In order to explore the adaptability of Heteropappus arenarius to drought conditions and the alleviating effect of melatonin on H.arenarius under drought conditions,the natural drought method was used to investigate the effects of foliar spray of melatonin on growth morphology,physiological and biochemical and photosynthetic gas exchange parameters of H.arenarius under natural drought.The results showed that with the extension of drought time,the longest branch increment and leaf water content of H.arenarius treated with T1 and T2 decreased continuously,and the growth decreased.After rehydration,the leaf water content increased significantly compared with that of drought treatment for 18 d,but was still significantly lower than that of the control group(CK).After drought treatment for 18 d,the contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b were 34.95%and 36.05%of CK group,respectively.The net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of T2 was significantly higher than that of the natural drought(T1)group after drought stress for 9 d,12 d and 18 d.Relative conductivity(REC),malondialdehyde(MDA)content,the activities peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and ascorbic acid(APX)in T1 and T2 groups were significantly higher than those in the CK group,and rose to the highest of drought stress for 18 days;then decreased after rehydration,but were still significantly higher than that in the CK group.The results indicated that the H.arenarius grew normally at the initial stage of drought stress(3 d),but gradually decreased with the increase of the drought stress.Melatonin can effectively enhance the water retention capacity and adversity recovery ability of H.arenarius seedlings under drought stress.
