摘要
为探究旅客出行携带典型行李材料的燃烧特性,开展同等体积的ABS板、PU革、纯棉与纸板的燃烧试验,测量与分析4种材料燃烧时的红外图像、热释放、热分解特性及烟气特性等特征参数。结果表明,通过红外热像仪可以清晰观察到行李材料燃烧时的烟雾与火焰变化;4种材料前180 s的平均热释放速率为峰值的24.6%~38.9%;燃烧后50 s内是灭火关键时期,50 s后行李材料总热释放量迅速增加;材料快速热解的温度范围为250~450℃,行李材料失重率随着温度升高而不断增加;易热解材料生成的CO更多。
In order to explore the combustion characteristics of typical luggage materials carried by passengers on their trips,the combustion experiments of ABS board,PU leather,cotton and cardboard of the same volume were carried out to measure and analyze the infrared image,heat release,thermal decomposition characteristics and smoke charac-teristics and other characteristic parameters of the four materials during combustion.The results show that the smoke and flame changes of the burning luggage materials can be clearly observed by infrared thermography,and the average heat release rate of the first 180 s of the four materials is 24.6%-38.9%of the peak.The critical period for fire extin-guishing is within 50 s after burning,and the total release of luggage materials increases rapidly after 50 s.The tem-perature range of rapid pyrolysis of materials is 250-450℃,and the weight loss rate of luggage materials increases continuously with the temperature increase,in addition,more CO is generated from easy pyrolysis materials.
