摘要
高等教育作为培养人才的摇篮,不仅是人力资本积累的主要根源,而且是推动战略性新兴产业发展的基石。本文从高等教育空间集聚的视角出发,对高等教育空间集聚与战略性新兴产业协同发展的实现机制进行了系统分析,并从调整高校布局、优化创新环境、完善科技创新平台等方面提出了促进两者协同发展的建议。
As the cradle of talent cultivation,higher education is not only the main source of human capital accumulation,but also the foundation of the development of strategic emerging industry.This paper explores the mechanism of the spatial agglomeration of higher education and strategic emgerging industry,and puts forward some suggestions for promoting the synergetic development from the aspects of adjusting the layout of higher education,optimizing the innovation environment and improving the platform of technology innovation.
