摘要
北京市南水北调配套工程大兴支线工程在穿越重要道路段采用顶管施工,其中一段顶进1根DN 3200钢筋混凝土管,穿越富水卵石地层,采用携带破碎功能的顶管机头(泥水平衡方式)顶进,施工过程中通过结合现场施工数据和地层特点分析原因,有针对性地采取解决措施,最终顺利完成顶进施工。
Jacked pipes are applied where the Daxing Branch of Beijing South-to-North Water Diversion Project crosses important road sections.Among them,one DN 3200 reinforced concrete pipe was jacked through a water-rich pebble stratum by a jacking machine(sludge-water balance)with a crushing function.In the construction process,causes were analyzed based on construction data and stratum characteristics,and targeted solutions were proposed,so the pipe was successfully jacked in.
