摘要
随着煤矿行业技术迅速发展,采煤设备的功率等级不断增大,采煤工作面距离不断延长,对相应的供电系统提出了更高的要求。在开采过程中,采煤、掘进设备等和供电设备之间的距离不断增加,大量冲击性负荷、非线性负荷的存在,导致井下电网、电气设备功率因数降低、线路末端电压低、电压波动、电压和电流波形畸变等一系列的长距离供电电能质量问题。针对上述问题,提出几种解决方案并对比各自的优缺点,最后提出一种创新性的电压补偿方案并介绍相关设备以及现场应用情况。
With the rapid development of technology in the coal mining industry,the power level of coal mining equipment continues to increase,and the distance of coal mining face continues to extend,which puts forward higher requirements for the corresponding power supply system.ln the mining process,the distance between coal mining,excavation equipment and power supply equipment continues to increase,and a large number of impact loads and nonlinear loads exist,resulting in a series of long-distance power supply power quality problems such as the reduction of power factor of underground power grids and electrical equipment,low voltage at the end of the line,voltage fluctuations,and distortion of voltage and current waveforms.ln view of the above problems,several solutions are proposed and their advantages and disadvantages are compared,and finally an innovative voltage compensation scheme is proposed and related equipment and field applications are introduced.
