摘要 新余钢铁集团有限公司2500 m^(3)高炉于2021年停炉大修,通过停炉前的准备以及停炉过程中各参数的控制,较好地完成了停炉工作;同时,根据拉姆公式推断高炉炉底侵蚀深度,综合考虑现场条件、安全等方面的因素,最终确定残铁口位置。由于受多种因素影响,致使残铁放出量较少,文中详细分析了残铁放出量少的原因以及解决措施,为今后停炉放残铁提供宝贵的生产经验。 In 2021,the 2500 m^(3)blast furnace of Xinyu Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.was shutdown for overhaul.Through the preparation before the shutdown and the control of various parameters during it,the shutdown work was well completed.According to the Lam formula,the erosion depth of the blast furnace bottom was deduced.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the site conditions,safety and other factors,the location of the residual iron mouth was eventually determined.Due to the influence of the wide range of factors,the amount of residual iron released was less.The relevant reasons and solutions were analyzed in detail,which would provide valuable experience for discharging residual iron after shutdown in the future.
