郴州绿茶对草酸钙结晶的调节作用

摘要 目的探讨郴州不同品种绿茶对草酸钙结晶的调节作用,选取效果较佳的临床品种。方法将郴州37种绿茶按照冲泡茶叶的用量分为高、中、低三种浓度(5 g、3 g、1 g),每组浓度浸提出前3次茶汤参与草酸钙结晶反应(实验组),并设置空白对照组(仅有超纯水参与的草酸钙结晶反应),运用X射线衍射仪和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪检测反应后晶体中二水草酸钙的百分含量(K值),视为对草酸钙晶体的调节程度,并比较两组二水草酸钙的百分含量以及实验组浓度、泡次和品种间K值。结果低浓度绿茶与空白对照组的K值比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),中、高浓度绿茶在任何泡次下与空白对照组均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),中、高浓度绿茶组浓度和泡次对K值有影响(H=20.424,P<0.05);33、36、22号绿茶调节草酸钙结晶作用较强且稳定,高浓度绿茶中33号茶调节能力最强,中浓度绿茶中12号茶调节能力最强。结论郴州绿茶对草酸钙结晶具有调控作用,可以介导一水草酸钙转化成二水草酸钙。 Objective To explore the regulatory effect of different varieties of green tea in Chenzhou on calcium oxalate crystallization,and to select clinical varieties with better effects.Methods 37 varieties of green tea in Chenzhou were divided into high,medium and low concentration groups according to the amount of brewed tea leaves(5 g,3 g,1 g).And each group of concentrations was steeped to present the first three times of tea infusion involved in calcium oxalate crystallization reaction(experimental groups),and a blank control group(calcium oxalate crystallization reaction with the participation of ultrapure water only)was set up.The percentage content of calcium oxalate dihydrate(K value)in the crystals after the reaction was detected using X-ray diffractometer and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,which was regarded as the degree of regulation of calcium oxalate crystals,and the percentage content of calcium oxalate dihydrate between the two groups,as well as the concentration,number of times to brew tea and K value between varieties of the experimental group were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the K value between the low concentration group and the blank control group(P>0.05).There were statistical differences between the medium and high concentration groups and the blank control group at any soaking time(P<0.05).The concentration and number of times to brew tea in the medium and high concentration green tea groups had an impact on the K value(H=20.424,P<0.05).No.33,No.36 and No.22 green tea had strong and stable regulation of calcium oxalate crystallization,and No.33 green tea had the strongest regulation ability in the high concentration group.The regulation ability of No.12 green tea in the medium concentration group was the strongest.Conclusion Green tea in Chenzhou has a regulatory effect on the calcium oxalate crystallization,which can mediate the conversion of calcium oxalate monohydrate to calcium oxalate dihydrate.
