摘要
文章介绍了一款基于SIW圆形腔的双频5G毫米波通信滤波天线。文章首先设计了一款符合滤波天线指标的滤波器;其次,设计了一款符合滤波天线性能指标的背腔缝隙天线;最后,通过匹配原则将缝隙天线代替滤波器的最后一阶谐振单元。在滤波天线的谐振腔中,馈电到达电壁时会同时激励起TM_(11)与TM_(21)两种高阶模式,实现双频滤波响应。为了使天线可以实现最大的辐射性能,文章将缝隙蚀刻在电场最强处,并最终采用双层垂直集成满足滤波天线的小型化,这样既保留了滤波器良好的滤波特性,天线的辐射效率也得到进一步提升。滤波天线在双频段的增益最大处各自可以达到6 dBi和8.3 dBi,这证明了滤波天线的可行性,并验证了该滤波天线可以被广泛应用于5G毫米波通信系统的射频前端。
This work presents a dual-band 5G millimeter wave communication filter antenna based on SIW circular cavity.Firstly,a filter conforming to the filter antenna index is designed.Secondly,a backcavity slot antenna conforming to the filter antenna performance index is designed.Finally,the slot antenna is replaced by the last resonant element of the filter through the matching principle.In the harmonic cavity of the filtering antenna,the feed will reach the electric wall simultaneously inspire TM_(11) and TM_(21) to two high-level filter modes for multiple response.In order for the antenna to achieve the maximum radiation level,scratches gap in the strongest point of the electric field.The miniature shape of the filtering antenna is finally integrated with a dual vertical design.In this way,the good filtering characteristics of the filter are retained and the radiation efficiency of the antenna is further improved.The maximum gain of the dual band can reach 6 dBi and 8.3 dBi respectively.It proving the feasibility and validation of a filtering antenna that can be widely applied between the radio frequency face-ends of a 5G millimeter communication system.
