基于OBE理念的应用型食品专业人才培养的教学创新 被引量:3

摘要 根据目前食品专业人才培养中存在的一些问题,以OBE理念为指导,对接企业岗位需求,整合现有课程资源,是现阶段食品专业应用型人才培养的主流方向。本文以成都大学为例,在OBE教育理念的引导下,对学习内容、教学活动、考核方式进行改革,将综合评价贯穿整个学习过程,旨在提高学生对所学专业知识的应用能力和科研创新能力。该教学改革创新将为食品专业应用型人才的培养奠定良好的基础。 According to some problems existing in the cultivation of food professionals,OBE concept is usually taken as a guide.Docking the job demands of enterprises and integrating the existing course resources are the mainstream direction of application-oriented talent training for food major at present.This paper takes Chengdu University as an example,under the guidance of OBE education concept,it carries out reforms on learning content,teaching activities and assessment methods,and integrates comprehensive evaluation throughout the whole learning process.This is to improve students’ability to apply the professional knowledge they have learned and their ability to research and innovate.The teaching reform and innovation will lay a good foundation for the cultivation of applied talents in food specialty.
