AlCrO扩散阻挡层对NiCrAlYSi涂层高温防护性能的影响

摘要 针对发动机的关键零件涡轮叶片长期处于高温高压的工作环境中,易造成MCrAlY涂层与基体间的元素互扩散严重降低涡轮叶片的服役寿命问题。利用电弧离子镀技术在NiCrAlYSi涂层和高温合金基体之间加入AlCrO扩散阻挡层,可保护基体并抑制元素互扩散行为,从而提升涂层的耐高温性能。采用SEM、XRD、EDS等方法研究扩散阻挡层对NiCrAlYSi涂层恒温氧化后的微观形貌、化学成分和物相组成的影响,并探讨AlCrO扩散阻挡层的作用机理和涂层体系的抗氧化能力。研究表明:NiCrAlYSi高温防护涂层经1000℃恒温氧化后,无扩散阻挡层体系氧化增重明显高于含扩散阻挡层体系:NiCrAlYSi涂层表面,主要成分为γ/γ′-Ni相,不含扩散阻挡层的涂层表面检测出少量非保护性NiCr2O4尖晶石相与TiO2相:通过AlCrO扩散阻挡层增加了涂层中的Al等有益元素,从而形成连续致密、隔热能力好、抗氧化能力强、力学性能优异的α-Al2O3保护层。通过第三元素作用添加Cr元素,降低了涂层形成Al2O3膜所需要的临界Al含量。 The turbine blades,the key parts of the engine,are exposed to high temperature and high pressure working environment for a long time,which is easy to cause the mutual diffusion of elements between the MCrAlY coating and the matrix,thus seriously reduces the service life of the turbine blades.In order to solve this problem,the arc ion plating technology is used to add an AlCrO diffusion barrier layer between the NiCrAlYSi coating and the high-temperature alloy substrate to protect the substrate and suppress element interdiffusion behavior,thereby improving the high-temperature resistance of the coating.The effects of diffusion barrier layer on the microstructure,chemical composition,and phase composition of NiCrAlYSi coating after constant temperature oxidation were studied using SEM,XRD,EDS,and other methods.The mechanism of action of AlCrO diffusion barrier layer is studied as well as the antioxidant ability of the coating system.Research shows that after constant temperature oxidation at 1000℃,the gained weight of NiCrAlYSi high-temperature protective coating in the system without diffusion barrier layer is significantly higher than that with diffusion barrier layer.The surface of NiCrAlYSi coating is mainly composed ofγ/γ′-Ni phase,and a small amount of unprotected NiCr2O4 spinel phase and TiO2 phase were detected on the surface of the coating without diffusion barrier layer,by using an AlCrO diffusion barrier layer to increase the beneficial element elements such as Al in the coating,sufficient continuous density,good insulation ability,strong oxidation resistance,and excellent mechanical properties,i.e.α-Al2O3 protective layer.The addition of Cr by the third element reduces the critical Al content required by the coating to form an Al2O3 film.
