摘要
为了研究迎春花叶挥发性化学成分季节性变化规律,收集不同生长期的叶片,采用蒸馏法提取其中挥发油,利用气质联用仪(GC-MS)对其进行分析。发现从五至八月期间叶片中化学物质的种类逐月增多,分别有19种、18种、29种和41种。这些化学物质可大致分为七类,其中醇类物质的含量在七月时最高为88.42%;烷烃、烯烃、酮类及酯类化合物的含量在八月份时最高,分别为4.39%、34.51%、4.46%和9.41%;醛类和酸类物质在五月时的含量最高,分别为4.78%、0.56%。可见,迎春花叶中化学成分随叶片生长周期不断变化,八月是最佳的采摘时期。
In order to study the seasonal variation pattern of volatile chemical components in the leaves of Jasminum nudiflorum Lindl.,the leaves at different growth stages were collected,and volatile oils were extracted using distillation method,and the content of those were analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that the types of chemical substances in the leaves increased month by month from May to August,with 19,18,29,and 41 species,respectively.These chemical substances can be roughly divided into seven categories,with the highest content of alcohols reaching 88.42%in July.The contents of alkanes,olefins,ketones,and esters were the highest in August,and the contents of those were 4.39%,34.51%,4.46%,and 9.41%,respectively.The contents of aldehydes and acids were the highest in May,and the contents of those were 4.78%and 0.56%,respectively.It can be seen that the chemical components of Jasminum nudiflorum Lindl.leaves constantly change with the leaf growth cycle.And August is the best time to pick Jasminum nudiflorum Lindl.leaves.
