摘要 随着汽车自动化生产线的大型化、复杂化和智能化发展,传统模式下通过PLC等控制设备进行生产线的集中式控制几乎难以胜任大型复杂的控制体系,集中式控制逐步向分布式控制体系发展。嵌入式控制系统是支撑分布式控制体系的重要组成部分,本文以底板线为案例探究嵌入式控制系统在汽车自动化生产线分布式体系中的应用,为汽车制造行业的控制体系提供一种满足控制实时性、运行高效性、部署模块化和可产业化应用的嵌入式控制系统软硬件解决方案。 With the development of large-scale,complex,and intelligent Automatic Automobile Production Lines,the centralized control of the production line through PLC and other control equipment in the traditional mode is almost difficult to meet the large and complex control system,and the centralized control is gradually developing to the distributed control system.Embedded control systems are an important component of supporting distributed control systems,this paper takes the Underbody Line as a case study to explore the application of embedded control systems in the distributed system of an Automatic Automobile Production Line,and provides a software and hardware solution for embedded control system that meets the real-time control,efficient operation,modular deployment and industrialization application of the control system of the automobile manufacturing industry.
