摘要
世界各国在海洋领域内资源开发的激烈竞争,归根到底是支撑国家权益的科学技术与核心装备的竞争。随着中国海洋强国战略和“一带一路”倡议的深入践行,海洋油气钻探向着深远海阔步前进,而深水油气钻探技术装备已成为保障中国能源安全的重要基石。如何解决“卡脖子”难题、实现关键核心装备的国产化、打造原创钻探技术策源地是深水油气钻探面临的新问题。文章对深水油气钻探技术装备进行了扼要介绍,对国内外深水油气钻探技术装备的现状进行了综合分析,并对未来深水油气钻探的关键技术和关键装备的发展趋势进行了展望。
The fierce competition among countries in the field of marine resource exploitation is,in the final analysis,the competition of technologies and core equipment supporting national rights and interests.With the in-depth practice of China's marine power strategy and the Belt and Road Initiative,offshore oil and gas drilling is making great strides toward the far-reaching sea,and deepwater oil and gas drilling technologies and equipment have become important cornerstones to ensure China's energy security.How to solve the bottleneck problem,realize the localization of key core equipment,and create the source of original drilling technologies are the new problems in deepwater oil and gas drilling.In this paper,deepwater oil and gas drilling technologies and equipment are briefly introduced,and the status of deepwater oil and gas drlling technologies and equipment in China and abroad are comprehensively analyzed.The future development trend of the key technology and key equipment of deepwater oil and gas drilling is predicted.
