摘要
为提高岫岩玉石矿产资源的综合利用效率,对岫岩玉石尾矿材料应用于亚甲基蓝染料废水处理进行了研究。采用焙烧热处理的方法对材料进行了改性,通过XRD、SEM、TG-DSC等测试手段对材料性能进行了表征。分析了焙烧温度、岫岩玉石尾矿加入量、作用时间、亚甲基蓝初始浓度等因素对岫岩玉石尾矿吸附亚甲基蓝性能的影响。结果表明,低温下热处理(270℃以下)可以提高岫岩玉石尾矿的活性。进一步分析焙烧前后岫岩玉石尾矿的pH、金属离子溶出能力、Zeta电位的变化,结果表明热处理引起材料的Zeta电位的变化是影响其吸附性能变化的主要因素。
In order to promote the comprehensive utilization of Xiuyan jade mineral resources,the application of Xiuyan jade waste as adsorbent for the removal of methylene blue(MB),from aqueous solutions to was studied.The materials were modified by roasting heat treatment,and characterized by XRD,SEM,TG-DSC and other test methods.The effects of roasting temperature,sample dosage,action time,initial concentration of methylene blue and other factors on the adsorption performance of methylene blue on Xiuyan jade waste were analyzed.The results showed that heat treatment at low temperature(below 270℃)could improve the activity of Xiuyan jade waste.Further analysis of the pH,metal ion dissolution capacity and Zeta potential of Xiuyan jade waste before and after roasting showed that the change of Zeta potential of the material caused by heat treatment was the main factor affecting the change of adsorption performance.
