摘要
通过设置不同碳源、氮源,以常规PDA液体培养基为对照,使用6种不同的液体培养基对白肉灵芝液体菌种进行培养。试验结果表明,Y3配方(麦麸20 g、葡萄糖20 g、磷酸二氢钾2 g、硫酸镁1 g)和Y5配方(马铃薯200 g,麦芽糖20 g,磷酸二氢钾2 g,硫酸镁1 g)培养的菌液中菌球均匀且数量多,菌球不易自溶,培养周期短。
By setting different carbon and nitrogen sources,the conventional PDA liquid medium was used as the control,six different liquid medium were used to culture Ganoderma leucocontextum liquid strains.The results showed that cultured in the formula Y3(wheat bran 20 g,glucose 20 g,potassium dihydrogen phosphate 2 g,magnesium sulfate 1 g)and formula Y5(potato 200 grams,maltose 20 grams,potassium dihydrogen phosphate 2 grams,magnesium sulfate 1 gram),the fungus pellets of culture liquid were uniform,numerous,and not easy to self-melt.And the culture cycle was short.
