摘要
在新时代教育背景下,国家对高素质专业化创新型中小学教师的培养提出了新的要求。要推进创新型教师队伍建设,培养创新型中小学教师,需要从职前教育和在职教育两个方面入手。基于此,通过对19所师范院校的培养方案、课程体系以及某地区公办学校教师的继续教育课程进行调查分析,进而研究创新型教师队伍建设在职前教育和在职教育上面临的问题,并提出相关的对策。
Under the background of education in the new era,the state puts forward new requirements for the training of high-quality professional and innovative primary and secondary school teachers.In order to promote the construction of innovative teachers and train innovative primary and secondary school teachers,it is necessary to start from two aspects of pre-service education and on-the-job education.Through the investigation and analysis of the training programs and curriculum systems of 19 normal universities and the continuing education curriculum of teachers in public schools in a certain area,this paper studies the problems faced by the construction of innovative teachers in pre-service education and on-the-job education,and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
